1. Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on any products due to the risk of product tampering. Customers are advised to carefully verify product details, specifications, and compatibility before placing an order.
If a customer receives a defective or damaged product, they must contact Rapido Tech Nepal within 48 hours of delivery and provide valid photo or video proof clearly showing the defect.
Exchange Policy
If the defect is verified by Rapido Tech Nepal, an exchange will be processed for the same product or a similar product of equal value, subject to availability. Returned items must be:

2. Seal Policy & Return Conditions
To maintain product authenticity and quality:
- Customers may open the product seal at the time of delivery to inspect the item.
- If the seal is opened and the customer changes their mind, the product is not eligible for return or refund.
- Once the seal is opened and the product is confirmed to be non-defective, returns or refunds are not applicable.
- If the product is found to be defective immediately after opening the seal at delivery, it may be returned or exchanged (subject to verification and availability).
- This policy applies to all sealed electronic products sold by Rapido Tech Nepal.
3. Warranty Process
- You are required to drop the product at the location we provide for inspection and service.
- In such early-stage cases, resolution usually takes 1–2 working days..
4. Post-Usage Warranty (Weeks or Months Later)
If the issue arises after a few weeks or months of use:
- Resolution typically takes 4–5 working days, depending on the brand and the issue.
- Service timelines depend on the brand’s internal process, not ours.
5. Replacement Conditions
- We do not guarantee a new replacement unless the issue cannot be resolved through repair.
- If repair is possible, that will be the first solution.
- A new replacement unit is only issued when repair is not feasible.
6. Warranty Duration
- If a product is replaced, the warranty does not restart. It continues from the original purchase date.
7. Warranty Limitations & Liability
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or rough handling
- Liquid spills or water damage
- Improper installation or third-party modification
- Unauthorized repairs
- You acknowledge that some products require technical knowledge for installation or modification, and any use or application of such products is at your own risk.
- Most products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise mentioned specifically on the product page.
