Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. Any unauthorized, abusive, or harmful activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.

 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate details about all gamingaccessories, including product names, images, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. Therefore, we do not guarantee that all information on the site is 100% accurate or free from mistakes.

Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Additionally, promotional offers may be modified or discontinued.

Orders & Payments

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially in the case of pricing errors or product unavailability.

For deliveries outside the Kathmandu Valley, we require either partial or full prepayment before confirming the order. If you choose services like InDrive, full payment must be made in advance, and the transport fare is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery services across Nepal through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and package weight (per kg).

You will receive a confirmation call before we dispatch your order. Once an order is delivered to your area, returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We do not offer refunds after a purchase has been completed. Additionally, items with broken seals cannot be returned unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

For warranty claims:

  • If you receive a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide valid photo or video proof of the defect.

  • If verified, we will process an exchange for the same or similar product. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Warranty claims may take anywhere from 7 days to several weeks, depending on the brand’s return or RMA process, availability of replacement parts, or confirmation from the manufacturer. Customers will be kept informed throughout the process.

  • Warranty service does not reset the original warranty duration.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, liquid damage, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
  • You acknowledge that some products require technical knowledge for installation or modification, and any use or application of such products is at your own risk.

To process a warranty claim, you must drop the product at the location we specify.

All content, including logos, images, graphics, and written material, is the property of Rapido Tech Nepal and is protected by copyright law. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

User Content & Behaviour

You are solely responsible for any comments, feedback, or content you post on the site. Offensive, illegal, or harmful content will be removed immediately, and users may be banned from further access.
