Description
The AULA WIN60 HE is a compact wired gaming keyboard built for players who want precise key control, fast input response, and customizable performance. Featuring Hall Effect magnetic switches, adjustable actuation, Rapid Trigger functionality, and a space-saving 60% layout, it is designed for competitive PC gaming and everyday use. Its 8000Hz polling rate and customizable RGB lighting make it a strong option for gamers looking to upgrade their setup.
Fast and Precise Input for Competitive Gaming
The AULA WIN60 HE uses Hall Effect magnetic switch technology to detect key movement through changes in a magnetic field rather than relying on traditional metal contact points. This enables adjustable actuation and rapid reset behavior, giving players more control over when keys activate and reset.
For fast-paced games such as Valorant and Counter-Strike 2, responsive movement inputs can be especially useful. The keyboard’s Rapid Trigger feature is designed to register repeated presses and releases with minimal key travel, helping players make quick movement adjustments during intense matches.
Hall Effect Magnetic Switches with Adjustable Actuation
Traditional mechanical switches generally activate at a fixed point. Hall Effect switches can detect key position, allowing compatible keyboard software to offer more flexible actuation settings.
The AULA WIN60 HE features linear Graywood V3 magnetic switches according to the supplied product specifications. Its adjustable actuation functionality lets users customize key sensitivity to suit their preferences and gameplay style.
Key benefits include:
- Magnetic switch technology: Detects key movement without conventional mechanical contact activation.
- Adjustable actuation: Customize when supported keys register a press.
- Linear key movement: Provides a smooth, consistent press without a tactile bump.
- Hot-swappable design: Supports compatible magnetic switches; confirm switch compatibility before replacing them.
Rapid Trigger with a 0.02mm Step Distance
Rapid Trigger is one of the key features of the AULA WIN60 HE. Rather than relying only on a fixed reset point, the feature dynamically responds to the key’s movement as it is pressed and released.
The supplied specifications state an RT step distance of 0.02mm. This fine adjustment is designed for players who want responsive movement and repeated inputs in competitive games. Actual behavior depends on the keyboard’s settings and software configuration.
8000Hz Polling Rate for Responsive Inputs
The AULA WIN60 HE is advertised with an 8000Hz polling rate. A higher polling rate allows the keyboard to report input updates more frequently to a compatible computer, potentially reducing the interval between reports.
This feature is particularly relevant to competitive players who prioritize responsive controls. Actual performance depends on the connected PC, software, game, and system configuration.
Compact 60% Layout for a Cleaner Desk
The AULA WIN60 HE has a compact 61-key layout that saves desk space compared with a full-size keyboard. Its smaller footprint leaves more room for mouse movement, which can be useful for low-sensitivity FPS gaming.
The compact layout also makes the keyboard easier to carry between gaming setups. However, dedicated navigation keys and a number pad are not included, so some functions may require key combinations.
Customizable RGB Backlighting
The keyboard features RGB backlighting with support for 16.8 million colors, according to the supplied specifications. Lighting effects can help personalize your gaming setup and improve the keyboard’s appearance in a darker room.
Its lower light-position design is intended to illuminate the keycaps. Lighting customization and available effects may depend on the supported keyboard software.
Advanced Key Functions for More Control
Beyond standard key presses, the AULA WIN60 HE lists several configurable functions intended for advanced gaming setups. These features can help users tailor input behavior to particular games and preferred control schemes.
- DKS (Dynamic Keystroke): Assign up to four functions to a key based on how far it is pressed or released, as supported by the software.
- MT (Mod-Tap): Configure different actions for a tap and a press-and-hold.
- TGL (Toggle): Set a key to toggle a repeated action while retaining a separate hold behavior.
- SOCD: Configure paired-key behavior so that a later input can override an earlier opposing input, subject to the supported settings and game rules.
- Rapid Trigger: Dynamically adjusts activation and reset behavior based on key movement.
- Magnetic switch calibration: Use the supported software to calibrate and visualize switch travel.
These functions are most useful to users who enjoy adjusting their keyboard settings. Check the available software options and relevant game rules before using advanced input features in competitive play.
Wired USB-C Connectivity and Compatibility
The AULA WIN60 HE connects through USB-C and is USB-powered, so it does not require a built-in battery or wireless connection. Its wired design is suitable for a dedicated PC gaming setup.
According to the supplied compatibility information, the keyboard supports Windows PCs and laptops. It is not compatible with PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, or Xbox consoles, as listed in the source specifications.
